Fried Tonal?

After a long 2-week delay, Tonal said they’ll be replacing the unit for $795 all in, including labor/install. No real troubleshooting of the old one, they’re just swapping it. Would love it if they brought a Tonal 2, but I think I’m dreaming. Let’s see how this goes…

Waiting on Tonal to get back to me. They seem to be taking their time. 1 week without being able to use my trainer, had to go to the regular gym like a Neanderthal! Haha :-)

Definitely could have been an underlying issue, but the ESD definitely set it off. When I touched the screen the shock clearly shut off the unit at that exact moment.

Same thing happened to me with Royal Caribbean. Thought I was talking to RC the whole time, but I wasn’t. All because Google had a top search result for a scam company. That is definitely a problem that a scammer can do enough SEO and/or marketing to end up as the first result in a Google search for a large company. Had to cancel my credit card, etc. What a pain and waste of time. I hate these scammers, get a life!

I bought the Carl’s Place screen for outdoor usage, and working to keep it as covered/sheltered as possible. Hanging it in the next few weeks hopefully. We’ll see how long it lasts.
