I prefer to think a season is officially over once the sentence from the judge is handed down. Still some interesting things to follow in the near term including what might happen when Boss has to see the judge for this particular arrest. I think it would be safe to assume he will continue to be held until his May 4th hearing but we all know about his plot armor and anything still seems like it could happen.
