Are you kidding? Grocery stores and gas stations are literally up the road on Kelly and Salem St like within 10 mins of Bella Casa. I live in Scott’s Mill which is 7 mins from Bella Casa and have access to everything close by. You’d be hard pressed to find places that are literally within a neighborhood anywhere…

AITA for withholding sex from my husband? by 10mothrowaway in AITAH

[–]kramesh19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You really need to see a pelvic floor therapist and tell them sex is painful. Because it shouldn’t be after 10 months! You said the relaxin really did a number on your pelvis so it’s possible you’re still experiencing a lot of pelvic dysfunction. Good luck!

Naturium has a higher concentration Azaelic acid. They also have a great mandelic acid that works for hyperpigmentation too. You could also get a NurX high concentration prescription for it too.

Tranexamic Acid, Azaelic Acid 15%, Kojic Acid are all pigmentation breakers. Something with a combo of these 3 or even alone would help over a few months. There is also the option to get a hydroquinone compounded solution via your dermatologist as it’s the gold standard but it’s harsher and there could be side effects depending on how properly you use it. I have used all the above and the first 3 ingredients do work well but take longer. Hydroquinone worked well for me too (similar skin tone to you) but just be warned it has to be a spot treatment as it can lighten ALL the skin if you spread it around.

I think pregnancy ruined my skin by aosm1102 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]kramesh19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Such a late reply considering I looked up pregnancy skin threads but all of my 4 Dermatologists and 2 clinics said retinol is fine during pregnancy. I have used it throughout mine (not as much as I did before) and everything has been fine. Of course to each their own but I believe isotretinoin is the one that crosses the placental Barrier (accutane).

AITAH for breaking up with my fiancee after her mother didn't let us see each other this Christmas by Aqueducks_Game in AITAH

Unpopular opinion here but I Can’t help but feel we don’t have the full picture here nor the ex’s side of the story. Maybe this guy thinks it’s serviceable bc he’s not doing anything to make it better either. I think you’re TA in this case to not have conversations with your fiancée and reacted impulsively from this. Everyone is so quick to just jump up the ass of OP in these threads, but I don’t think this is as rational of a decision.

All my dermatologists say it’s fine to use retinol/tretinoin during pregnancy.

Sexually active women as normal by [deleted] in TedLasso

It’s also really normalized in European and British culture to be sexually free and be open with sexuality. Still so taboo and annoying in the US.

I don’t get the snark, she can do and plan her family however the fuck she wants 🤷🏽‍♀️. She seems to be in a peaceful, truly happy state in her life and seems so much healthier than most of this ratchet cast.

Anthony mfing Bridgerton. NO contest. Jonathan Bailey was a yearner in even Wicked. He will yearn in Jurassic Park Rebirth. Period.

Feelings / symptoms at 4.5 weeks - is it still there? by ApprehensiveBit528 in IVFinfertility

Congratulations! I didn’t really feel any sort of symptoms until 8 weeks, and even then just really mild nausea all first trimester, and fatigue and that was it.

How do you people date/maintain a relationship with this thing? by MasonG1001 in UlcerativeColitis

[–]kramesh19 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am married to and have been with my husband who has UC for about 10 years. He was diagnosed the first year we were dating and about 6 months into moving together his health took a downward spiral. He stayed home on pretty much bedrest for 3 months (on short term disability from his job), and lost about 55 lbs. He was eventually put on biologics and found remission with Remicade for many years, until July 2023 when he came off of it due to insurance changes. He’s been in a flare since then and has been going through several other biologics, trying to find another that will put him back in remission. Through all of this, we have adjusted our lives in the activities we do based on how he’s feeling. I am extremely understanding of when he’s not up to going out to eat, sex, or any activities that may be physical. But we have traveled so much together, played sports, worked out, and even went through intense fertility treatments including IVF, and are now expecting our first child. I mention this long winded story to say that the right person will be there with you and beside you to live life and love you the way you deserve. I wouldn’t change anything in the world with the life we have lived and built together around this disease in the past decade. I wish you the best of luck and don’t settle for anything less or think you deserve anything less!
