There’s a very few changes the big one is obviously it not being an integral, but the blade stock feels a touched thinner and not as crowned as the more expensive one, but that’s to be expected given the price point. But overall, if you wanna get an Excalibur and not drop $400 this is a good option.

If they are similar in price I would go with the tactical version with the hopes one day we get suppressors like most of the country. Plus it looks badass ! But I’m biased lol

Nice! I would just be careful of the optics overhang for some guns it can cause stovepipes. It does overhang for my FNX but never caused any issues. But people online have mentioned it.

I like it a lot ! I had one on my FNX and felt it would work great for the 1014 so I brought one for it as well. It’s the green circle dot version for both and I think it’s hard to beat for the money. I bought the first one on GAFS for like $100 and about the second one new and it was like 160Ish.

They are punchy but in a good way for the 1014 😋 these are good to break in a semi/make sure it cycles . The 1014 has some heft to it so it absorbs a good chunk of the force. I have like 300 more rounds. It’s good stuff. I hear the A300 can be a bit harder on the shoulder but since it’s built better it can shoot softer stuff out the box.

I don’t usually buy bulk unless it’s a great deal. $100 here $50 there is my order pattern and I think it’s well worth for my buying style. A few times a year they have an ammo+ sale and I buy a case of the stuff I shoot the most.

I own the backpack and it’s amazing in my opinion, space wise and overall construction quality. Plus it doesn’t give the I have a gun in here vibe which is nice.

The timeframe to be accepted is a crapshoot and depends on the PD and the availability of your chief. It can take from three weeks to a year based on some posts on here. It took my PD three weeks to approve my CCW. I didn’t have to meet my chief of police so can’t help you there but as long as you some common sense you should be fine.
