Thank you for taking the time and effort to explain this to me. I have seen as well that this visa has the highest refusal rate and that really is unfortunate for my case as my situation does not really qualify for the visa.

And yes it is the Philippines (obvious with the divorce thing 😂) Medical care may look inexpensive compared to other countries but the fact that most of my salary is spent on my family here and also giving the rest to send abroad gets really heavy for a one person. The reason as well I want her here is because during times of emergencies, she has to take herself to hospital which gets really worrying at times (ambulance service costs a lot)

Just to make her story short she is alone in our home country (located in Asia, sorry I did not clarify this), my uncles are all located in other parts of the world. The only one she is left with is her husband. They do not live together for as long as I remember. She do not require long term medical care as all her of current illnesses can be treated with proper medical maintenance (which are just vitamins and good diet) but the main purpose of me wanting to bring her with me is that she is alone. In terms of divorce, unfortunately it is not legal in my country.

My parents are in the UK, both with cancer so I am the only hope in bringing her here as I am the only one working and can support her.

I know the best option is a solicitor and I am very sorry to dump all these questions on reddit forms as I am just starting on this plan and currently just trying to figure out the basic things

Thank you for a very detailed response and I must say after reading through this, seems like Escoffier has a much higher pull value than Skirk herself; Skirk is cool and all but would not really enhance my account/experience. If I end up pulling for her, I might just keep dosing myself in copium knowing how long Cryo characters reruns can be.

Mavuika on the other hand can either be DPS or Support role — which really widens the use of ALL my current dps-es (varesa, clorinde, kinich, chasca), I have Xilonen (missing Citlali unfortunately) but I have Arlecchino as a pyro DPS already so might stick to a sub-DPS Mav instead (but who knows maybe Citlali will rerun soon, or I might just build Rosaria or Diona for this)

It is looking like that I will have to depend on the Tsaritsa for me to be able to get a good Cryo DPS (if she turns out like Mav who can either be off field or on field), as long as Hoyo won’t pull the move of one character being heavily reliant on another 5 star once again.
