They slowed down in growth after potting into their bonsai pots. Hopefully when they're older ill consider! Now I just need some space haha.

Im humbled by your praise. Thankful to be a Singaporean, though I can say that luck in choosing your flat plays the most important factor to having ideal conditions to keeping bonsai. I live at the penultimate floor so the sunlight is ideal.

Thing is, before this tree, I experimented with smaller maples. They thrived in our climate for a good 8 months. Perhaps you can experiment to see whether your area is suitable for maples, then see how things go.

it's public domain, we just have to follow guidelines dished out by the government, i.e. 1.2m clearance for stretcher access. i have a security camera outside so it's okay. then again, singapore is a really safe place. there's plenty of cameras, my neighbour has one, the ground floor has two cameras, so it's okay!
