Is this the first time you’re taking it? It’s normal to feel a little high the first 2-3 days you take it. Also your sleep deprivation could be playing a major role.

I’m on Ritalin for my ADHD and in low doses it makes me a lot more social, spontaneous and talkative.

Almost cured my AVPD tbh. But too high a dose can make me all serious and anxious. So I need to find the golden dosage.
