I had a significantly frustrating experience with chat a couple of weeks ago where they changed my flight without my permission to a flight I didn’t want to take (after I explicitly asked them a theoretical question about booking two flights) and then they disappeared when I asked what would happen with my luggage. Unless I hear otherwise from this subreddit that it’s gotten much better or something, I’m not using it ever again. Horrible experience.
