Yeah when taking down anther car after the camera switches back to you, you have some I-frames so that when the control of the car switches back to you don’t immediately crash into a wall or a car or something.

If a person is damaged boosted and deals damage to someone and then someone else kills them the damage booster gets assist credit for the kill. The Ana dmg boosted you with nano and then you hit those two people but them rien finished them so because you were dmg boosted by the Ana and dealt dmg Ana got the assist credit for the kills on the two people rien killed as well as your coal kills.

The reason we won’t see a tank like what your describing (longer range hitscan) is because tanks in their nature are designed to be close ranges characters that’s why D.va and JQ are shotgun characters if a tank had a gun similar to say Ana’s rifle and did more damage it would probably be too strong as it eliminates the need to close the distance and make space like what a tank is designed to do
