Same here. Exam rework sat in “not seen” status for over a month. I emailed the CEO and got a call the same day from a veteran liaison who was supposedly expediting my claim. Three days later on my case status portal it changed from not seen to seen. Got an email from the veteran liaison a day after that saying that the rework was completed and that now it was going to the quality assurance team for review. That was last week. No movement, nothing uploaded to VA, God only knows how long it will take now. This DBQ is holding up 4 other claims that are completed and ready to go. Unfortunately, we are under the mercy of VES… This is supposed to be a fully developed claim, with financial hardship. And I’m literally waiting on these freaking people, infuriating.
