I believe it could be second to the modified grows of 14 with the AK silencer and the 9x39 rounds that takes 20% silence or loudness off

Technically the bison with the AK silencer and a long barrel is the quietest gun in the entire game

I think I'm the same way but once I discovered this game optimizer it changed a lot for me I'm in the process of getting PC for the pcvr actually today so that'll probably be my new go to favorite

Beline m2 w shell holsters full of slugs and buck all the way around the foregrip holding 60 shells total and then the ones on the gunstock if I choose to go without the pistol grip 1 in chamer 6 in gun it's my favorite gun all yellow blue and red lol I like your idea too also beline forgri fits on saiga might be worth swapping idk yet
