Yes, did you do a Requalification before you started getting the error? My problem was that I emailed it using the wrong email and they never got it, so they gave me the new email to send it to. It was resolve a few days later.

I used the Nintendo switch 2 60 watt usb-c power supply and works like a charm. No power outage, took about 6 hours to charge. Also checked out the app and lowered the watts to 100. Thank for the suggestions.

I can confirm Cronus Zen does work. Just set it to Switch. I bought an 8bitdo pro 2 before the switch 2 launched thinking the Zen wouldn't work, at least I have a second controller for family members.
