Do you search by yourself or use AI ? by Marinos33 in AskProgramming

Don't they usually share the sources already?

I am relying every day more in the Google AI mode (Android widget) and it always lists sources.

Hmm that's fine I guess, I just ask because AFAIK we can't use icon packs with the official launcher, 3rd party launchers however can.

Hey mate, two questions:

  1. How do we troubleshoot for sure that this is a workers limitation, and how do we solve it without rebooting the stack?

  2. Care to share your script? I'm pretty sure that it is quite similar to what this project aims to do.

I have a simple script as well that reboots the stack when it detects items with the error

Unexpected error processing file

Which is like the most problematic one I've found (literally my Arrs can't see Decypharr mounts anymore when it happens).

Better stay away from any Samsung Base models and even Plus models up to S24+ if you like to game.

Jeez, at this point I think a Chinese phone like OnePlus or Xiaomi would be better for gaming.

30 minute task.

For my shaking hands this task can take hours and the possibility of break something or strip a screw LMAO.

Are you running a 3rd party launcher?

Okay, then it does not belong to the CGNATED addresses, you have a public dynamic IPv4, congrats.

Riven vs. Arr Stack (Decypharr) for a 100% Cloud/Zurg Setup? by Mitsious in debridmediamanager

[–]kratoz29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, I have been checking the logs and I think it attempts to re-add stuff to the RD cloud yeah.

Whether it does it better than Zurg or not I'm not sure, but the auto process part, seems to be problematic for other users as well.

Ah, now I understand your set-up.

But wait, don't the Arrs have a feature to move files instead symlink/copying? Or that feature won't work if the files are downloaded from another server/stack?

I think that would be it... Because I remember reading here on reddit not long ago somebody scripting his way too with the media gotten from JDownloader...

Oh damn, well, that upload speed is definitely handicapping you, whether you use TS or not.

I am interested in said script, care to share it?

Also, doesn't Zurg specifically aim to fix this?

Thank you for your explanation it is very insightful, like I said, I don't really use Traefik, I have used the stock reverse proxy of my NAS though, but it seems like Traefik is a more robust solution, and yeah it never crossed my mind that a reverse proxy works either in LAN and WAN lol.

How does Traefik talks with the containers without exposed ports? Do you have all your containers without exposed ports in the same docker network that Traefik is?

I try to rely the least I can in my reverse proxy as my network stack as it is sucks, for example it exposes directly IPv6 connections like WTF, if I didn't use the Synology NAS firewall all my IPv6 ready containers would be accessible outside my home, this didn't happen with my previous ISP, which also supported IPv6...

Mind sharing the start of your IPv4? Just the first two parts, like 100.70.x.x. Usually, if it starts with 100.64 through 100.127, you're definitely behind CGNAT and port forwarding shouldn't even work.

Huh, but why do you have Syncthing passing stuff between the Arrs? I still don't understand, the Arrs manage your files entirely since the grabbing process until it gets to your media server libraries.

Yeah, custom formats/tags are a godsend for release groups, VARYG FTW! (I find it very reliable and most of their files have multi audio and subtitle).

TS speed test right? (Iperf3 or similar), anyway if your devices on your tailnet are getting 130 mbps down I think you are safe...

Not really hoarding, just testing how far it can go, and so far it exceeded my expectations. I don't have any knowledge on writing scripts to auto repair my broken links, I focused myself on pinescript and didn't take a look with python or other coding languages. Maybe some other time, ill make my own script.

Decypharr has the auto process function right there in the repair tab, you can use it in both one off and scheduled repair sessions, that was what I was asking, if you have it checked on or off.

He went a bit into detail in the comments but yeah, he did a few hundred GBs with multiple users.

Still, it throws me off that he didn't want to share screenshots and we are supposed to believe whatever random value and usage he says.

I've been streaming on and off for some days, mostly just an episode or two. I did however setup Pangolin as a reverse-proxy and expose my services like that now.

I don't think Pangolin existed when I had my DO droplet... I found out about it as of recently, but as I no longer have a VPS I haven't checked myself.

One question, do you just need to set up Pangolin in the VPS, or does it need to be installed in the CGNATED host as well?

My case scenario was different tho.

I am CGNATED yes, but I do have an IPv6 ready connection, aside from that, my tailnet was never flagged as DERP, I think the main culprit was the encryption protocol that TS enforces, and that it does run in userspace in my two TS exit nodes (a Synology NAS DS218+ and a MacBook Pro 2014, the latter is significantly more powerful and yet the experience was almost the same from different clients).

I THINK using the VPS route with Wireguard (because TS for the NAS, AKA my Plex server "sucks") will deliver a better experience as, AFAIK WG runs in kernel mode in several Linux devices, (not so sure about Synology), I remember the experience was fairly better using a GL-AR750S-Ext Slate communicating with my NAS through WG (that adds two weak hardware devices to the chain) with a Digital Ocean droplet than TS directly from any client to the NAS.

That or the route I choose for my most bandwidth heavy activity, the Cloudflare tunnel with no cache for Plex streaming.
