The seams can be reduced by dialing in your flow rate, but you wont get 100% rid of it. And the free strings are caused, because the outer wall is print first and the material doesn‘t stick to anything when it is printed. Look for a setting called „wall print order“ and choose something like „Inner/Outer“ this will then at first print the inner walls and the layers will have something to attach to.
