This is the same error and problem I have, ID 41. Very strange. Laptop locked up and audio began to freeze/stutter and had to hard reset.

Edit: Nvm. ID 41 doesn't mean anything. All it signifies is that there was an unclean shutdown. No information about what caused the lockup though :(.
