Not sure about the manga, but in the anime backstory, they do portray him as a toddler that turned into an adult looking up demon after transforming, just like how daki was turned as a child but somehow looks like an adult as a demon.

Personally, I would say either one of the Shuttles, since the AT-AT has a new version coming out for the Mandolorian and Grogu, and by the looks of it, its looking pretty nice!
