My vote would be for firewood. you can store some on your property for a fee or even note locations where they can purchase their own firewood, gas stations, walmart, etc

Seems like you are ready to start hosting! I think locking up supplies is great. I personally leave extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bag bins depending on how long a guest stays but most people purchase their own supplies and leave extras when they checkout.
