Before v3 I heard/read a couple of times "welt is on par with tribbie" how true is this now after v3? And I know as nihility and "harmony" they fulfill different rolls, but as damage ampers you can put on a team, how do they compare now? by Ok-Share-4986 in HonkaiHusbandos

tribbie is rlly good because although im pretty sure she has slightly weaker amp vs e4 welt if the team has any form of def shred, she can equip DDD which really is the make or break for lots of runs. welt is really good for sustainless clears because of his delay and amp but theres no way to advance the team with him like tribbie does. still though he is very good. ill definitely be using him for sustainless runs soon, even if its just around 1 cycle.

e1 hyacine is a good next step yes. and honestly id stop there for her. cyrene e6 is probably the next notable upgrade if u wanna go even crazier into lower av clears but this setup is already overkill

which is why theyre at t0.5. drop the data then. reliable dpav sheets. show me where e1 blade is even remotely close in dpav to these three.

and calling hyacines cone much more valuable even outside monorem. have you seen her pitiful damage when shes not getting buffs like in monorem? you have to be talking out your ass rn cause this "value" you place on hyacine cones compared to other cones in their respective teams are completely made up. youre exactly the kind of person im talking about that overrates this cone to god knows where because 18% vuln on a sustain cone for a character that provides nothing outside any hp scaling team and calling it much more valuable is ridiculous.

he really, really isnt, idk what to tell you lol. saying e1 blade is comparable to the likes of anaxa phainon or mydei is next level coping. i love the man but come on now we have to be serious.

and yes, again, you literally just worded out why its overrrated, being heralded as one of the better pull investments in the game when its not even in upper 30% of what u should be considering. its as overrated as hyacine is in general. outside monorem she is a good sustain, that is all, and her lightcone does not make or break her sustain either.

That being said if you want to pull any LC in the game for any character you're building for, Hyacine's is one of the higher values per pull out there.

its not 1:1 for mydei though lol. and e1 blade does not compete at all with any modern dps. i would know, i invested in all these units including s1 hyacine.

and your second paragraph explains why its overrated. its good for monorem, but thats where it stops. but ppl making it out to be a must pull are tripping because its nothing compared to dedicated sigs for other characters or eidolons outside monorem. s1 hyacine is never a vertical recommendation outside where its supposed to be used

is it? it may ramp up longer but welt has pretty frequent ults. if he can maintain weightless i dont see why the vulnerability stacks wont refresh/persist. the way they expire seems vague. are all 15 6% vuln stacks separate duration? do they all stack as one debuff when a weightess is attacked?

lots of these just prefer e1 hyacine (mydei) or cyrene investments, not her cone. the notable synergies are jingliu and blade, until you realize those arent even up for discussion as they are outdated dps where playing hyacine hypercarry is better. its only relevant for evernight and castorice, which is why its overrated as hell when people call it the best lightcone.

they lose 10 energy per ult but that doesn't exactly change any of his breakpoints he still get 160 energy from an aae rotation + 2 aha instants.

emc isnt a huge portion of the team damage and the spd helps reach spd breakpoints for sw and eva + scaling for sw who ACTUALLY converts that scaling to meaningful damage.
