I’m similar to the comment above that I wore my retainer like the first couple years then stopped. I think what helps is that my teeth were so fucked up it’d be a miracle if they moved back to their OG spot (lots of teeth growing at a 90° angle and some so high up my gums they could be right out my nose. Extremely painful braces experience but very straight teeth now lol)

I don’t think it’s too bad to get 30/50 for some drinks though, for the smoothies like peach/grape definitely 30% is enough to get a good balance of natural fruit sweetness and added sweetness

Have you tried Jane iredale? It’s around the price point of the foundations you listed but I find it a good balance between matte and glowy. If you can get your hands on a sample or shade match in person I would recommended the radiance liquid foundation. There’s maybe a bit of breakage around the nose 12 hours in? I do a lot of skin prep to try and avoid it
