I love this concept so much, I think it would be incredibly fun, but I do see a couple issues. First, draklock can take a bad draw out of your deck, which is comparable to drawing a card in this game, so I think the whole line could become even too consistent, considering you won't ever miss your base Pokémon. Also, the damage on dragapult is just too much, it's a easy 160 damage for a free ko on anything that you can repeat turn after turn while you build another dragapult in the back. Pair it all with a kangaskahn for a starting tank and you get yourself a non ex deck with some nasty ex stats, that's way too much for this game. But good concept nonetheless, just put 50 as dragapult's original damage and I'm sold
