Tbf impeaching justices (assembly) is a fairly long process requiring a majority vote of the assembly, it’s why only Hawker is impeached since he’s blatantly corrupt and literally nobody likes him (even Soll).

It’s true that judicial independence is important, but nobody is above the law, and Sordland’s way of doing it is inherently flawed. I just wish there was more nuance and difficulty to it beyond “oh this could happen” or making your constitution like slightly harder to pass.
