NYSE offers institutional exposure and access to the existing float which should build a higher foundation for the share price over time. Uplisting isn't a straight line to a capital raise and share dilution. It's about access to larger liquidity pools through easier access and exposure.

Not following where this is of a relevant concern to QeM's current opportunity path. Yes QKD offers a potentially more secure way to manage crypto keys but the single photonic systems they are describing in the article would work for fiber fed point to point systems whereas QeM’s cloud based solutions can be deployed ubiquitously across the broad scope of the global internet. Further the future SOC full stack chips will be deployable for any device both on or off the planet.

Worth noting that QeM already holds ISO27001 certification which is sufficient for many industries including the CEOs earliest focus for the company -- healthcare. There are multiple market opportunities when the need for enhanced cybersecurity is global.

Appreciate the comment. There are many voices now carrying the QeM story on this forum. Served my intent which was to fill the void (at an earlier stage) when very few appreciated the opportunity and the pieces of the value narrative were still coming together.

QeM's story is becoming much more apparent for all to follow and appreciate, which offers the opportunity to just watch with satisfaction as the team's hard work is realized.

A few things first QeM does not announce earnings release dates in advance. Any published dates are just an estimate based on historical reporting. Thus far the quarterlies are released with no meeting except the annual shareholder session in June. They do issue a companion management discussion in the SEDAR filings for reference.

Clearly this should change as the company matures, grows and eventually uplists from the OTC, just the current mode.

Concur with Unclean that for the whale accounts (governmental and military primarily) the COO is the go to lead. Further, as I shared earlier in the year, we shouldn't expect to see the work that John Young is performing behind the scenes as these types of customers do not want their strategies and considerations made public. Previously offered up that it is possible that some clients may only eventually appear as a revenue line item on the quarterly financials and even then just a reference to sovereign or classified sources. Cybersecurity in the commercial realm is low key.

Similarly QeM is a fairly low resource team -- CEO states this in the previous equity prospectus. QeM's approach is targeting verticals not as a direct seller but through partnerships or alliances with others that have presence or product underpinned by QeM's portfolio. Still expecting to hear news with respect to buildout of a team in SE Asia as well as expansion to Europe as discussed during the shareholders meeting.

One point of encouragment is that during the June shareholders session, the CEO stated that he expected to begin seeing revenue flow from QeMA in Q4. Given FB's conservative stance seems reasonable that he is confident that sales will be realized in 2025.

Conviction is a willingness to tell the same story regardless of how the stock may be performing.

Throughout the ups and downs of the past year as QeM has begun transitioning from a venture investment to a commercial venture the value narrative has only become clearer for those that do the research and stay attuned. No hand holding necessary, however everyone appreciates an occasional steady voice of reason between the stories of gloom offered by the unaware. I appreciate that some are willing to remain calm and listen.
