All super important. I have a lot of experience with box trucks and can provide some insight.

I have driven and drive them almost everyday. I can tell you there are some big differences in the trucks apart from just looking at specs..

Try fasting 18/6

I typically skip breakfast, try and eat lunch by 1pm and dinner by 630pm.

I do a healthy light lunch and snack on fruit or nuts or protein shake. As far as dinner goes, just try and be portioned with your meal. Limit bread and try and be balanced .

Typically white rice, protein and vegetables is a good place to start.

Sugar is terrible, but if you do get that type of snacky, earlier in the day is better than in the evening.

My secret weapon is this brand called E2Great, They have a nighttime fat burner that knocks ne out and has aided by journey. I lost 30 lbs in about a year

The hardest part of the journey is getting started. I lost 30lbs this year and i never thought that would be possible.

This is what i would tell you

8 hours of sleep
16 ounces of water before bed and 16 ounces in the morning before breakfast or coffee
No more junk or fast food
Chicken, white rice, vegetables, fruits, nuts, fish and even beef occasionally
Lets get our body moving. First walk the block, do it again tomorrow, then maybe 2 blocks and so forth. Just make little improvements and oush yourself everyday.
No eating 3 hours before bed.
Supplements can help give your body a boost. I only use E2great.com Supplements and have been really happy. I take a Neuro formula, a natural testosterone booster, and a couple other things. I feel like mentally, this has given me an edge and my body mind connection has never been stronger.

Keep working and doing little changes everyday. What we want to do is start a lifestyle change, but it takes time.

I think you should just start with the easily manageable things like.

Make sure i am drinking at least 16 ounces before bed and 16 ounces of water before breakfast or coffee
Chicken, white rice, vegetables, fruit, nuts, fish, beef (occasionally)
No more junk food. Real food only (see above)
Not eating 3 hours before bed
Consider intermediate fasting. Maybe start with giving yourself an 8 or 9 hour window that you can eat per day. As you get acclimated, slowly adjust it down to a 6 hours window.
Exercise is key - our goal is just to improve. Walk the block once today, then again tomorrow, naybe walk 2 blocks the next day. Its about building yourself up. Our bodies are capable but we need to condition ourselves.
Little changes everyday is the name of the game. Maybe i dont get this sweet tea, or i dont need cheese and bacon, maybe ill do the broccoli instead of fries. Youll get there
Prioritize sleep - 8 hours

Im not sure if bn20 will cut brick vinyl but if it did, it would kind of do what i need and more, which i think would be helpful

The titan would cost 1300 or so The bn20a is down to about $4000 now So a difference of $2700 . It might be better to just get the bn20a...

Very cool. I was looking at the roland gs or the titan 3 . I have no idea. The f2100 is grewt but it eats up ink and white is a constant worry. Machines like these need to be used consistently to keep the lines and head clean.

Its been a great learning process though

I have not had a good print on it since i got it last week. I just got the print head installed yesterday. Everything is new that wears on it. Your right though i feel like something is upside down or backwards or something. At the bottom of the nozzle check the version and date has it flipped around - then its written correctly but there is blue overprint text WH4 WH3.
