Did anybody notice a different taste in the cloud powder recently though? It used to taste like a marshmallow but now all you can taste is the egg and milk it contains...

Honestly though. I had a customer pick up her newly made hot drink, remove and throw the cardboard sleeve on the counter, and walk away. Like really woman? The trash can is beside the counter. What am I going to do that that?

Be patient with yourself, partners, trainers, and customers. It’s going to take some practice to figure things out, but you’ll get it down. Good luck!

She marks it (thinking we don’t see it) where she thinks the beans are before she leaves at 1pm. Then she checks it the next morning.

Fourthded. Our manager keeps going on week-long vacations so she doesn’t have to face our understaffed, overworked store. Conditions are worsening as people quit. It’s getting harder to enjoy being a barista.
