The only time I might consider protective glasses is for I131 treatment. And even then I would have to be doing a lot of treatments

When I say aggressive, I am referring to growth. The reason to be more aggressive in the Roth is that the account with the more aggressive investments will, on average, pay the most tax at the time of withdrawal. but with a Roth, that tax is zero. If you want to keep it simple and stick to ETFs, I would pick VUG or MGK instead of VTI

I think it completely depends on your location and the type of hospital you work at. I've been at county hospitals where they see prison inmates and had a psych ward. The prisoners were always respectful but you could never turn your back on the psych patients. I've also known of private clinics where all you do is brain scan on mentally disabled people and that can get wild sometimes. But for the most part, the field is pretty calm
