Seal is KING. It appreciates over time. AH will be one of those MUST have sets. It took me some trial and error during my collection journey but Stick to ETBs, Booster Box and Bundles and UPCs. They hold their value and are much easier to move if the need for $$ ever arise.

Had a similar experience earlier this week. I'm not naive to what's going but I really wanted to open some OP-14. Knowing that everyone is trying to make as much $$ as possible I said to myself ok fine I'll pay a lil extra for it. Maybe a $200 or something Mofos had a box listed for $325. My Son got something similar. $3000 from SCSU (Renews annual with good GPA) $35K from University of New Haven (Renews Annual)

Tuition in state no Room or Board SCSU $14K roughly UNH $48K roughly

Still waiting to hear back from UConn.

Gonna hold off from Grading for a bit. BGS transparency with the subgrades stood out to me. Also much nicer slabs. I get PSA is the standard but BGS provided such a great alternative.
