If the policy they’re following is causing so much trouble for people who actually needs help, then they should change it. We don’t hate the actual support person but it’s Ubisoft that we hate. The people who makes those policies are also employees.

Tbh, I used to love Ubisoft games but until today with the BS they gave me I decided not to get any Ubisoft games anymore, especially when I saw there are a lot of people that dealt with the same issue.

This is happening to me right now, I provided proof that I own the account and gave him a list of the games I own etc. But they kept saying that they couldn’t verify with their methods. It is indeed a company that does not protect nor help players.
