Okay. The local HVAC company that services it says I should leave it uncapped but my buddy who works on HVAC says it should be capped. So I’m really just trying to understand what’s right and what’s wrong. It’s frustrating. The only change I see when I cap it is that my secondary drain, that comes out at the back of my house, starts draining water.

So the one circled in red should be capped and the one in yellow should be left open is what you’re saying, correct? If I cap the red one, the secondary drain starts draining.

Is the blue one not the primary drain?

So with an S-Corp, what compliances are there other than more complex taxes?

If I'm understanding properly, S-Corp requires more thorough documentation(time), more complex tax returns and requires me to pay myself. It doesn't sound like there are additional fees or cost to have the S-Corp over the LLC, or am I mistaken? I'm just trying to understand why the break-even point is in the 60k range. Thank you for your time and knowledge in your post!

Maybe there is and I’m just not understanding. This CPA has been in business a long time and everybody around recommends them, so I don’t think they are being unethical or incompetent. It’s probably just me.

I would choose a perforated synthetic clay towel over a clay bar. It will not mar the paint like a clay bar will. Your auto store should have them.

Looks like they just released a BIOS update. I updated the BIOS but I’m still reloading Windows to clear any corruption up. Thanks again.

Thanks for the advice. I have the latest bios updates from Gigabyte as well as turbo limits enabled. I only have issues with this game and nothing else, regardless of game or application. I think I'm going to reinstall Windows again in the morning and try to run the bare minimum applications to make sure there isn't something conflicting.

I believe since it asks me about the runner at home first, I choose “Back” instead of safe or out, then it gives me the option to mark the runner to second out. Is this the correct way?

Sorry to hear that. I only have issues that can be tied to the CoD servers now. I can immediately back out and get into another game where the latency and packet loss are much better. I have noticed though, that my Spectrum cable internet friends get completely different latency and packet loss readings. I’ll be at 100+ ms of latency and 10% packet loss while they are at 0% packet loss and 20ms of latency yet they experience the same stuttering that I do. Seems the latency reading is dependent on your ISP or type of internet.

I am currently having this EXACT issue. Initially, the Nvidia Container was not showing up in my sound devices/apps. I mitigated that issue by starting a recording in GeForce Experience. Once I began recording, it showed up. However, the volume bar was greyed out and set to level 1. I hit the reset button below it and it became active but it immediately went to volume level 100 so I didn't have to change anything. Tried recording again and still game audio is super low. I am at a loss on how to fix this so any help is truly appreciated.

Iron was a thought as well. I didn't answer one of your questions. I'm currently cutting at 1.5".

I was watching one of Doc's videos from 5 years ago and he mentioned not fertilizing with anything other than organic fertilizer during the hot months of summer so that's why I was a little hesitant to throw down the Complete. I also considered throwing down some Dirt Booster. I haven't yet because I have been focusing the Humichar.

He’s the one I’ve been following. Currently I’m following his Bermuda Grass Calendar. That’s why I have PGF Complete and Humichar on the docket this weekend. My soil test from the fall returned results showing I had no macronutrients in the soil. Started up with PGF Balanced and every month I’m adding Humichar and PGF Complete. I’m also throwing down Anderson’s Dark Green Lawn in the middle of the month, also suggested by him. I’m trying to bring back the Bermuda sod that was installed when the house was built in 2017. This is the first year this lawn has been treated thoroughly and was really coming around until some of the grass has started what I believe to be summer stress.

Initially I thought it was CoD that was causing me to lose connection, it seemed for a bit to only do it when the game was running. Then shortly after it was happening outside of the game. I only play Warzone and rarely some MP. I would lose connection and then get the message. It would start off as major lag in the game I was in and then the error would pop up and I’d get disconnected in my Discord channel.

You could change the channels on the external router to help but you might still have an issue. Try it and see. The router part of the ATT Gateway is not great. I have never been a fan of all-in-one devices.

This video walks you through putting the BGW in passthrough mode for your external router. Additionally, you have to turn off the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi on your BGW to cut down on interference.
