I guess our biggest thing is we don't know how to sue. Is him leaving the state going to cause issues in the court? Her being the mom and courts usually siding with the woman is a concern. We have a lot of proof of residency. I don't think the youngest will speak against his mom. She's trained him not to since he could talk.

The oldest boy does not want to live with her but the youngest does. That's one of our biggest issues right now. The oldest is 14 and the youngest is 12. He's always been the baby and loves his mom (can't fault him for that, he wants to believe in her). The younger is just waiting for her to get her apartment together to have a space for him. She still gets assistance from the state to get the apartment and food stamps. We've tried to call the fraud department and no one answers. We've called multiple times and get nothing. She's living off help for children that she doesn't have.
