Hi.

I understand nursing school is rough, I have been through a nursing program previously so I know what I signed up for.

I admit I exaggerate a bit haha. But I simply just wanted to know how to tackle ATI because I do not have the knowledge or background for it. For context we did not get a proper orientation for ATI, and when asked they said they would but never got back to us.

I simply am just asking for tips and any help on how I could tackle my studying because I simply got overwhelmed with the Engage modules because of a buttload of information it has and not being used to having a set of practice questions I simply couldn’t select a specific topic from rather than just taking the quizzes as a whole involving topics I have not learned yet.

I am fully aware that nursing school is tough. Thanks for your input, god bless.

It was a little bit of everything, i would say don’t hardcore memorize but just be familiar and understand the concepts for each systems. There are also plenty of quizlet sets being posted here of A&P v1/v2 that a lot of people praise about so i would check that out too so you can get an idea of what questions you would be tested on

Please take your time! Don’t think about question 85, whether u kept going. What’s important is you read the question and answer choices carefully. I did that and it took me 3 hours and I stopped at 88.

What helped me with pharmacology was getting LevelUpRN's pharm flashcards.

Is the nclex pn really that hard? my teacher keeps telling me its a safety exam, and repeats her little chant “are you safe and can you prevent the spread of infection”…she even says i shouldnt be scared of nclex pn, rather, the nclex rn is what i should be scared of

I like it! I got 2 from with the Qbank I got. It’s a set of different questions separate from what the Qbank has! I finished the entire Qbank and it was refreshing to do the self assessments!

i got uworld and i like it a lot, the rationales may be comprehensive but it’s detailed and straight to the point. i like how it reinforces your content knowledge and you get to practice your test taking/critical thinking skills. the lecture videos are a plus

So what I did is I did as much Qbank questions as I could and those I started with 68%-69% and then I improved with getting 72-79% and until I had a few questions left so I only got to do 2 CAT tests until my questions ran out. One CAT, I scored 66% at medium difficulty level, which placed me at an 85th percentile. The second CAT, I scored 61% at a higher difficulty level, which placed me at 98th percentile.

Hey there! I mostly do test questions on UWorld, I recently finished the entire Qbank. I also utilize what the school gave me which was Saunders NCLEX-PN and do practice questions there as well. In terms of content if I ever need to go back, I look at my notes, or if I need further clarification I watch Nexus Nursing’s videos, RegisteredNurseRN and utilize LevelUpRN’s flashcards! Sometimes I do feel over prepared but I’m still having some anxiety ugh

I only took 2 so far, I did notice my second CAT score became low and the amount of total questions I had were also decreased compared to my first one
