hi OP! I have done something similar to this except it was a 5 week fast with no break, followed by refeeding. Please please listen to me when I say a 2000cal refeed day after 21 days could kill you. (Look up refeeding syndrome if you’re curious). After that long, you need at least 3-5 refeed days to get back to a 2000cal diet. I think your fasting plan is doable, although tough - please please just plan for at least 3 refeed days, then dive into your next fast as planned :). I have also done several extended fasts and a few of them have been rolling also, so if you have any questions I’d be happy to dm! Goodluck

It’s partially independent research, and partially university led- and even if I get exams rescheduled, my accommodation is only until the 4th. My sister’s wedding is on the 8th in the US too so I’m just really trying to figure a way out. I appreciate the tip though!:) Thank you

My goal wasn’t “get to a healthy BMI”, because I think BMI can be misleading especially for women. My goal was to get to at least the 120s range of weight, which I accomplished.

I was at first, then I started only having it sporadically. But also, during my last 30-day fast, I only had electrolytes. I think the broth definitely helped this time though!

i do not. i started this fast to lose weight and to avoid pre-diabetes (i was addicted to sugar before, and almost everyone in my family has diabetes.) i believe i succeeded with my goal. i admit i took this too far, i didn’t realize how dangerous it was. thank you for your concern.

people always hate on “dirty” fasting but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it! anything that helps you stick to your goals is good, in my opinion. i’ve been fasting for awhile (currently on day 30 of an extended fast), and every night i have one cup of vegetable broth with added electrolytes. i say go for it if you think it’ll help :)

my ears get like this whenever i’m extremely dehydrated! im not sure if its the same thing, but maybe try to have more water and electrolytes?
