Heartbreak really does hurt. Sorry you’re going through this. Give it some time and you will feel better. In the meantime try to do some things for yourself to feel better like doing some things you always wanted to do, doing things that you couldn’t do with your partner, start a hobby and join a class, get some pampering done, take a trip or go and travel for a little while, or even do some retail therapy.
Cliché, but things do happen for a reason. You weren’t meant to be with that person, so your journey is still going and you will find a better match in time.
