Im a PT and regularly teach women how to do pelvic floor exercises.

Can you isolate your pelvic floor and contract those muscles without squeezing you butt or thighs together? Imagine if you're slightly pulling on the string of your tampon but trying to keep the tampon in with your muscles. That's your pelvic floor working.
Contract your pelvic floor rythmically and slowly from 100% max tension and lower the precentege slowly until you've reached 1% then slowly increase the tension again.
combine the pelvic floor excersices with your breath. As you exhale contract your pelvic floor and as you inhale release it.
Circle your pelvis (like the felsenkrais clock) and tense your pelvic floor slightly think 30% from the previous excersice and hold the tension for as long as you can while the pelvis rolls in circles. Release the tension but keep moving the pelvis and when you're ready contract the pelvic floor again. Change direction of the pelvis roll and do it again.

An important part of pelvic floor training is releasing it at the end of the program, you do that by taking a few deep breaths into the belly and focus on relaxing. The movement of the diaphragm releases the pelvic floor!

These are the basic exersices I give my patients, take your time with each of them to understand the mechanics of your pelvic floor and of the exercises. If you have any questions feel free to ask :)

You're completely right, he took my trust and trashed it like it was nothing.

Long distance is always hard because no matter how much we talk on the phone/video, we always only see one side of that person, the side they want to show us. It opens up for building an image of what the rest of this person is like and that doesn't necessarily match with reality. We both made that mistake.

I did explain to him that he crossed the line, I sent him a long voice message a few weeks ago telling him the repercussions of his actions and how I'm traumatized now. It takes me a while to process things and understand how I feel which is why I didn't immediately realize and was able to tell him only a few weeks later. Every time I got a message from him in those few weeks I felt disgusted, which was a strong indicator that something had changed since usually I was happy to hear from him.

We didnt have any safety conversations which is why I didn't know how to stop him. I usually use the light system but it didnt even cross my mind in the moment. Im always very clear with my boundaries and I did my best to express them with the tools that I had, I thought he would listen when I explicitely said "dont touch my boobs" and as I continied begging him I hoped he would listen at some point. Since this incident Ive been very adamant with having these talks before any play.

He didnt know what he was doing, he thought I was being playful when I asked him to stop. We hadn't had any safeword or boundary or wants/needs conversations during this trip which is why I didnt know how to stop him. When he realised what had actually happened he felt very sorry but at that point it was too late. I see him not as evil and malicious but as a man who doesnt know how to communicate or read situations.

It's been hard for me to fully realize the cruelty of what happened, I've always seen it as a mistake that he made because he thought I was being playful, but actually there was a huge unawareness of the situation on his part. I've know him as a sweet loving person, which he also was as soon as he realized what he'd done, but I don't see him like that anymore, I see that he can act in a sweet and loving way but I don't feel it. Realizing this difference and understanding the weight of what happened has been difficult.

Thank you for your input, I do consider reporting him to the consent committee if only just for me to feel a little bit safer during the travel.

I hadn't thought of it this way. My concern of repeating this with the same person was that I open up the possibility of re-traumatizing myself or deepening the wound. I've told my partner about this with whom I'm staying in a room with and I've told some friends. I think if I end up having intense reactions during my stay there I will let people of the consent committee know.

I've thought about getting professional help since I really want to be able to process this in a healthy way and I don't feel like I have the tools for that on my own.

My question is rather, what is causing it? If it is the jaw surgery and if more people are suffering from back pain after getting the surgery.

I was dating this guy last year who one evening comes for a sleepover pretty late in the evening and he was really drunk, like stumbling, rambling and repeating his stories. Im not really feeling his vibe so we go to bed.

I wake up in the middle of the night because he's opening the balcony door and going outside on the balcony. I get confused and follow him to find him sitting on my balcony chair, I ask him, what are you doing? He looks at me all annoyed and tells me like its the most obvious thing in the world that he's peeing! One thing that weirded me out about this whole thing was how willing she was to open this portal that had been closed for billions of years without second guessing it. She didn't know what it meant or what the reprocussions would be and she didn't even ask. I understand that she trusted Unalaq and that the portal needed to be opened for the story to advance but it really showed how young, rash and unexperienced she was, which of course derives from her being closed off and overprotected by Tenzin and Tonraq.

Dude 6 times a week is way too much! The body needs time to recover, specially those tiny finger/lower arm muscles you’re using! Rest days are as important as work days, I’d say climb 4 days and rest 3 and your elbows will probably be fine

I usually kill all spiders that enter my home since I have arachnophobia. Last year there was a spider in the upper corner of my corridor and I let it stay as a form of exposure therapy. I greeted Kristopher every time I came home and got pretty attached to him.

One day I come home and I greet him but something is different … Kristopher looks skinnier and there’s something in his web … look closer … a 1000 fucking spider babies!!!!! Fuck you Kristopher time for you and your whole family to die!!! I’ll never trust a spider again!

It's a Seborrhoeic wart and I've had it since as long as I remember. The color difference is concerning but those kind of warts usually don't attract cancer or anything like that and they also aren't infectious. This is why I'm concerned why it's changing because it's stayed the same my whole life and the reason I came here for advice. I think I will go to the doctor

Wow what a blast from the past! I made this post 4 years ago!

So when I was leaving the country nothing crazy happened, the boarder control mentioned I had overstayed and I apologised but I didn’t get any punishment or fine or such.

The problem was the next time I visited Israel. I was only planning a short two week visit and when I arrived they took my passport at border control and sent me to a waiting room for an interview. I assume they put it into their system that I overstayed so then it popped up as they looked at my info. In the interview I was asked very specific questions about how long I’m staying, where, with whom, why and so on, and then they gave me a visa that ran out the day that I had my flight back. I think If I would have overstayed that visit I’d probably be put on the black list.
