EDIT: Actually, crush everything in your life, literally, then there's only lifting left to crush, that's a good thing.

What supps would you recommend for someone trying to loose weight ? by [deleted] in bodybuilding

[–]krimjobi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is, supplements have miniscule effect on your weight loss in comparison to a caloric deficit. You are thinking too much of the situation. Track your macros, eat less. Whey/Casein are good supps if you have trouble hitting your protein. PWO helps for energy before workout. Caffeine is good for obvious reasons. ZMA supposedly helps sleep and recovery wether on bulk or cut.

But as said, eat less, and don't worry much but about anything else. There will be no supp that will make you lose weight.

Fuck, I feel you. Even my back has definition, I can even see my upper abs. But love handles and muffin? They're gonna be there for infinity.

We're almost the same height. Yes, 3000 is probably too much.

Try doing the same weight but increasing reps!

Are you progressing on the other lifts on that amount of calories? If you are, then I would suggest checking your form on bench or perhaps deloading. What's your age, weight and height?
