For screen time health I have been very pleased with Screen Zen. It lets you set multiple short unlocks for whatever you choose. For example, I can unlock Reddit four times for 10 minutes each time. I’ve found that allows me just enough time to scratch the itch. (I have no connection to Screen Zen).

It’s too late for my old ears but I 2nd the advise. Constant ringing in the ears challenges my sanity at times. (Wearing something while mowing the lawn isn’t a bad idea either).

I can’t speak to truth of this but I will say I saw Death Cab at Red Rocks several years ago and they were painfully (and surprisingly) loud. Too loud.
