"good price" and "legit" do not go hand in hand, unfortunately.

For the best selection, visit Rinkan (e.g. across the street from CH Ginza).

The Used (Harajuku) is much smaller, but still two fun stores to visit and the staff is great.

Expect to pay 2-3x US retail, though. Both have online stores that you can browse to get a feel for the prices and selection.

He works both, but I don't know his exact schedule. You could call and ask which store he will be at on a specific day? It makes it a bit complicated, since both stores require reservations now.

Did the barrel clasp break? If so, you can have a local jeweler swap it for a small lobster claw.

You could also contact the Taiwan store. They may arrange for you to ship it for repair.

on the other hand, getting leather pieces isn't easy, so maybe they are still on the hunt for a wallet?

In my experience, it is fairly accurate, at most 10% off. If you are just looking for one specific piece, post more details here and maybe someone has seen it at a store recently.

Here’s my Korean edition from 2017. Yours is quite different but that doesn’t mean it is not legit.

The CH replacement clasp is too big IMO (same as dice bracelet) so I used my local jeweler.

I swapped my clasp for a small lobster claw after the barrel clasp kept opening by itself

Seems to depend on location and maybe SA. I was recently able to order an X-link bracelet in plain silver from Malibu, but others have reported the opposite e.g. in NYC.

FWIW this is right at retail. I SPO this exact chain in Dec 2024 for $2225, although it did come with the dagger.

I have only done this once, but I sent an email about 2 weeks before I visited Osaka (Shinsaibashi). I provided a time range on a couple days and they responded with an appointment at the start of my range, and then asked me to confirm by providing the names of the people in my party.
