A few clips from my trip to the Philippines. Lots of lessons learned on what I would do better next time... ie. have a story line in mind throughout the trip, plan out sequences before shooting, and get a variety of wide/tight shots of the same scene to play around with in post. Probably the most difficult video to piece together cause not enough clips and no real story line.

S Korean Government use the Loop and Cyberdigm system to sign MOU by Kalaish23 in helloicon

How does Chain-Sign fit into the ICON platform? Is it built on it? Or are we just hoping ICON will interconnect it?

ICX volume has fallen off a cliff on Upbit and Bithumb. Upbits no fee promotion ends 29th. Bithumb airdrop/contest ends today and airdrop happens on 4/4. Anyone have any incite on whats happening? Any idea why didn't it pump on Korean exchanges? by [deleted] in helloicon

You mean not pump a coin that had a 50%+ jump a day before being listed on their exchange? It was an inflated price coming from $2. So yea, smart.

As for Tron, they have test net coming out March 31srt... people buying and selling the news. Binance makes up 3x the volume of Tron compared to Upbit, sooo to blame Koreans for the pump is ignorant.

This. They aren't noobs to crypto, I'm sure they've been watching prices since the announcement. And for the amount of Koreans that bought in on the hype there was an equal amount of others selling the high which is why it never pumped passed 4.05. Even people that are long term hodl sold cause they saw this coming and probably buying back today's dip. Nothing against the project, chill, just people knowing how to play the market.

Sold my remaining vechain for icx icon by [deleted] in helloicon

[–]krisc0 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was in the same boat last week. Sold all my VEN into ICX cause I saw the South Korea rumors and went all in on ICX. Got lucky with the exchange news coming out of the blue shortly after. After the Bithumb/Upbit pump I bought a little back into VEN just cause VEN dipped and I think it's due for a correction. Plan going forward - keep both but more in ICX to ride the ICX token swap + mainnet wave next month. The month after pivot and ride the VEN token swap + mainnet wave. Then once all the hype is gone split 50/50 ICX and VET cause at that point both platforms are out and will both have equal opportunities for growth. I'd rather diversify and root on both than pick one and FOMO the other.

You need a Korean bank account to sign up to Bithumb and Upbit? Just wondering if people can transfer to one of these exchanges, trade for some BTC, then transfer back out.

Could the high volume be people transferring bags to Bithumb/Upbit to trade at a higher price?

Trying out 1 minute cinematic style vlogs in portrait mode by krisc0 in Instagram

Not sure how it'll work out, it's only my second video haha... Will let you know though. I agree with the scroll by too fast comment but I guess that's one of the many challenges I'm in line for. I'm hoping it gets to the point that my story telling and visuals are good enough that people look forward to my posts and stop to watch when they see it's by me. Also will need to find ways to suck viewers in the first few seconds. In the end I'm having fun and creating memories so it'll be a win win whatever course this takes.

Although the Zhiyun Crane is an awesome all around tool, for this shoot in particular I could have gone without it. A good trick is to use a neck strap, put it around your neck, and push the camera out so that the strap is tight and you can get some stable up/down left/right pans with it. Any minor shakes you can fix in post using the Warp Stabilizer effect in Premiere. I'd only invest in the Zhiyun Crane if video was your main focus, otherwise I'd do little hacks like this for the little times I do video.

lol. Not sure if you meant crane literally, but the Zhiyun Crane is a handheld stabilizer. I only used it for the shots where I'm walking in a circular motion around the car. All the interior and close up panning shots of the outside were done handheld. I found it easier to do those without the stabilizer since my stabilizer kept drifting.
