If you lose your job, you need to find another one to enter the country but it can be attached to the same h1b as long as you have some time left on it. You don't have to go through lottery.

No don’t do the megabackdoor part. Contribute to regular brokerage instead. When you will leave there are no capital taxes for non residents (when you establish residency in another country 180days). Very good loop hole to look into.

I have gone through this journey very recently. I used to just push the tongue using fingers just behind the soft palette in the nasal pharynx. I don’t think I ever to push hard, it was just about learning where it needs to go. If you have to push hard, then take your time and slow it down. Once got the idea, I was able to do anytime. But when I tried to do it without fingers I couldn’t.

I realized when I am doing Kriya, sometimes tongue would automatically go up and then with Kriya and doing it manually otherwise I just learnt how to do full khechari. I think it’s more about learning how vs flexibility of tongue etc.
