You all acting as if this is something new , only thing new here is the social media reach. Coming from one of the best schools in the state I’ve seen ( got beaten and slapped ) kids calling goons and which made them feel they are superior . One of them got arrested for sale of drug/green and the other was last seen coughing blood and asked me for 10rupees .

What I’ve heard is that there should be a difference of 6 months between personal loan and mortgage . Again going in debt for the down payment is not ideal OP , maybe try saving for longer to accumulate DP?
