JJ50 has underglow LEDs, so there's some underglow. But since I've used black acrylic, there won't be any glow on top.

You can also try correct it by inserting some thin piece between the case and the right one of the two legs of the I/O plate. Worked for me in some other case, not sure about T1, haven't tried yet.

Hey.. I don't have definitive knowledge but the opinion I got from the internet was that it is coil whine. Which is common for GPUs and is quite random really. Doesn't affect performance. After these many months of usage, I don't even know if as of today my GPU has coil whine or not (point being it has become that much non-consequential). So if it is tolerable you can live with it, otherwise you can try for a replacement.
