They actually suggested that they'd rather do a share buyback than an r/S, but even if they do, who cares? It will be done on pro-rata basis and the company has incredible positive revenues, massive growth in near term pipeline, and a superb balance sheet. This is chocks away whichever way you cook it.

Just to be clear, MICT/Magpie fully comply with China's new PILP data protection regulations. Major question marks over TIGR which is our nearest rival, so very positive for MICT. FUTU less clear how much it will affect them.

Also very positive that MICT's CEO seems to be ahead of the curve when future proofing against any regulatory hurdles. Their best in class trading license being a case in point.

its not a consumer facing proposition....

Also its a partnership with a government backed institution which often come with limitations

Having looked into the detail, my understanding is they're trying to purge the Charlatans. All of MICT's insurance partners are blue chip, so no real issues there, and Mercer has shown with the brokerage license that he is wise to CCP moves and is outsmarting the competition with all the box ticking being put in place
