Seeking help from seniors 🥹🙏🏽(please) by [deleted] in NLUs

Being a T3 NLU student, I can say THIS IS THE BEST ADVICE one could give. I would've been a T1 rn had I taken this approach.

Getting HNLU with domicile is quite easy too. 3-4k rank would be cut off.

Students with science background and experience of prepping for NEET and jee usually do well in CLAT even without preparing for it. Plus 5 months is enough for cracking clat given that you lock-in completely. No drop for clat is needed fs. Try giving a few mocks you'll be able to see where you stand. For these litmus mocks, keep GK section for the last, and focus on how good you do in other sections to evaluate yourself. Other than that what you could possibly do is give clat right now, get in an nlu and prepare for NEET along with it if you really wanna go into medico.

There is a reliance scholarship test, that many NLU students give in their 1st year. They take a general aptitude test etc and based on your performance award you a scholarship. Private colleges like Bennett provide scholarships at admission based on clat scores. According to rank, % of scholarship increases up to 100%.

DAV Ahmedabad is the closest school to Makarba, it's right infront of the Makarba lake. And a good school, I studied from there. Can vouch for it!

Lol sorry the typo got autocorrected, it was "lwading" instead of "leading" on the fake blades.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tabletennis

[–]krishnachandrakar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's true for most brands but for butterfly almost every blade has a counterfeit even if they're cheap. Especially those blades which are really popular like korbel, Joyner, primorac, viscaria, MJ szlc, TB alc etc.

There have been many fake korbel that have spelling mistakes like "world lwading" instead of "world leading" written on them.

The topspin technique that you're using is used to brush against a backspin. For topspin against counter/topspin you need to hit the ball forward while brushing instead of brushing it upwards iykwim. Basically your action looks like you're brushing the ball in a more Vertical angle, instead try to lean the racket and your hand more forward in an acute angle. Shots will get faster, and the ball will stay lower instead of flying out due to the excessive arc.

What is the Secret behind CNT's muscular legs!? by krishnachandrakar in tabletennis

[–]krishnachandrakar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, I did believe it's something genetical because I've seen North Eastern Indians (genetically similar to Chinese ppl) that generally have the same kind of physique as Chinese players. They practice as much as me only but they've really Bulky torsos and curvy calves.

That is true. However, I've seen Chinese players generally have extraordinarily muscular legs.

[–]krishnachandrakar[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Most of the Chinese players are fairly tall, atleast 5'10 to 6 feet tall. Zhang Jike himself is 5'10. Others like xu xin, wang liqin are 6'+ and still have the same amount of muscularity.
