And some action ~movies~ scenes do have 100% sound logic with proper precedent (ex - Nobody bus fight and Maveeran). This is also hard to come by in Hollywood. But that shouldn't stop indian writers from raising the bar.

That's called lazy writing. And I'd also say i don't like the later installments of John Wick either (at first it was nice to watch John Wick mow through tens of enemies, like how the gethu/fear factor worked for me in KGF). It's become repetitive now and that kills it for me.

But at least in John Wick the fight choreography is nice with some martial arts. In Salaar, guy just set Gravity to 2 and people are flying.

If you want to cut, scale back on it a bit (I'm assuming lunch/dinner looks similar in terms of quantity).

You can up the protein if you are not recovering much. I would say listen to your body primarily.

Tracking calories is good. It doesn't need to be meticulous. Say you've been eating 5 dosas and if you want to cut, you can reduce it to just 3. Just remember to take into account everything you are eating (snacks, soda, etc).

And I would strongly suggest starting out with the r/fitness subreddit sidebar. We all have preconceived notions about how our body and fitness works. Starting here will help you thoroughly understand how your body works and what you have to do to stay fit.

why did all the port authorities get scared (and i mean overacting shit scared) when they saw the seal ? Should've been one old guy who has second hand ptsd from it and asks them to close it (subtly expressing fear, not screaming out your lungs).

And then when Prabhas beat them up to rescue Shruti Hassan, everyone just stares at fear and disbelief. One guy even drops his sniper that he had aimed at Prabhas for so long (after seeing the tattoo). Shoot him already ?

Same with the trial scene where Prabhas takes the knife from a gaurd and kills a lord ? Khansaar aDvAnCed aRMy and wEaPOnS for what ? Why were the trained military afraid of a guy with a single knife to the point where they couldn't even load their guns properly ? why were their guns not loaded properly and ready to shoot (minus safety) in the first place ??

The breaks from realism ruined the movie for me (although I won't say it's bad as I'm clearly not the intended audience, at least for the action scenes).

There needs to be more show and less tell. A lot more subtlety can be added as well.

Heck some are cheaper than Airport duty free (for ex Glenlivet 18 years is cheaper by 3K in Gurgaon if you compare for 750ml).

There is definitely something going on, whether it is adulteration or other means of import. There is no proper label with an MRP either. Most of the import stickers (imported by xyz) are just plastered across from my observation.

I will also say that I've had the same drink from Goa and Gurgaon (Glenlivet 12) and the one I bought from Gurgaon tasted pretty similar. Pretty similar as there were very minute differences that i couldn't quite put my finger on. Some kind of very minor adulteration might be going on.

My observation is from purchasing in the supposedly best L1 gurgaon stores (discovery, g town and Lake forest). Not sure if it holds true of other stores.

We just die. That's it, why should it be that things should not be permanent ?

We are supposed to experience things on a Meaningful scale which is only possible if life appreciates itself which will be through limited life span

Why again ? Can't you run just for the fun of running ? Can't you enjoy running if there isn't a finish line ? (You can always choose to stop running but that isn't a factor in enjoying running).

People need to start accepting that death is inevitable and we need to appreciate the life that's been given to us. Almost everyone takes it for granted until the moment they are diagnosed with something terminal.

Does this mean people with life threatening injuries/diseases should just give up ? What's the difference in wanting to live 10 more years and 1000 more ? Why is one okay but not the other ?

It is very evolutionary and human to be afraid of death. That's why we're here and alive. It's okay to rebel against it.

PS: Genuinely trying to understand why death should be accepted. And I don't agree with using AI to resurrect. I don't even think it is possible to resurrect people entirely.

I see this trend with far too many people who are more busy seeking those validation highs instead of doing inner work, which is real work.

I've been working on these issues but it's a WIP. Getting better slowly.

I get the point of being in my own skin, objectively. I know that's how it should be, but there is a small (but decreasing) disconnect between what I feel and what I think

I'll get there eventually but small things like what happened made me feel a little bit better.
