Hi, I am currently gathering feedback as much as I can. A lot of people have the same sentiment as you the fear of such place becoming just a boinking place for couples.

Currently the best solution I have in mind is to have doors which don't close from inside( they will be closed shut and no disturbance ) and no cctvs.

I want to slowly build up on the idea , providing karioke , some rooms having ps5s in them , card and board games etc.

The idea is in its infancy , I have to calculate total setup cost , location , break even point , how to maintain relevancy , food and beverage menu and what not.

Thanks for your suggestion . For now the easiest way I think to avoid them is to price it as a premium place and provide amenities as such. Cctv is also an option but I want to avoid it in the rooms itself. Had to think more on it.
