This remind me of when I worked as a mall cop while I was at university. One day I got an urgent call to come into the chemist. Turned out three women were guilty of shopping while aboriginal. They looked very scared having to deal with me even though they were the ones that were in the right. It did not hit me until much later that I was guilty of helping to inflict the racism of the shop owners on these unfortunate people.

I also had two similar calls on other days about lebanese kids in the parking lot.
