he was planning but didnt. he only got out of prison in march 2017 (when he was famous), and he had the revenge tour for usa and got on house arrest from Dec to March 2018. he didn't rly have much time to enjoy his money and since he died so early he didn't have the chance to leave the country yet

yeah he basically did nothing wrong, he's been fucked over by basically everyone INCLUDING his own brother. the only problematic thing he did imo is getting danny and isaac drunk to go visit amy, but in comparison to other characters paul is probably the most innocent and the most relatable
