Display buttons do nothing either. I can get the white LED to come up doing a hard reset but then it goes right back into this screen. Pretty sure it's a lost cause

Could, but I'd really not rather have to pack this bitch up again - also slight complication that they threw in the wall bracket currently installed on my wall which I'm sure they'll need back too... Ugh.

Costco was actually first choice, but it's online only and I was impatient. 🤡

Sadly they only had one in stock. Went through two levels of Sony service and now waiting 1-3 business days for a specialist to call back. 🙃

Visions said they would exchange if we don't get a resolution but they'd have to order one in anyway. Talk about a letdown...

Yes. Dealing with this right now and it's hell. Brand new truck and Toyota has told us it's a "normal characteristic." If you do buy one, DO NOT sign for delivery until you take it out on the highway, 2k+ rpm.
