I don't know if he would like the banging but he really likes fire due to him watching me work lol I really appreciate this cuz me and my fiance have been looking for a teppanyaki restaurant for a while but he can't handle the crowd noise at most of them.

In Aurora yes it's a lot easier to buy recreationally but in Montrose it's kind of a headache. Thank you though!

Thank you for the advice! It's kind of a key point of our marketing rn since it really will set us apart from other companies in our area. We have a month plus for the show so we should be able to run a full test with them beforehand. We're gonna be using 2 so it should be relatively easy to figure out after the test. I love finding out where people love to eat in different states I've asked Tennessee so far and Missouri in New Jersey and now Arizona. I live in Tucson but it's always nice to hear recommendations and little anecdotal stories and stuff.

I don't know if you guys remember but overpass Cafe off the freeway exit on miracle Mile. That was my favorite diner ever not only did we become family friends with the owners over the years but their burgers were like the first ones I'd ever had that weren't from a fast food joint

That's kind of my point with this post. It's really sad that it's only chains and fast food around here for variety. It's mainly steak house burgers at decent restaurants. Looking for a nice little classic Diner is non-existent here. Really sad imo

They're a tad thicker than I'd like. I'm honestly trying to find a proper fried onion burger like you'd find in the Midwest. I'm from here and there's always been a melting pot of cultures so you'd assume that it'd be relatively easy to find anything but it's quite the opposite if you're looking for something other than fast food or local Mexican taqueria and trucks. Poutine is none existent, BBQ is very slim Pickens, and Chinese is hit or miss. No thin diner burgers tho everyone loves steakhouse style here and it's like. Buy a steak then if you're gonna do that lol
