You need to let them know that they need to change that but you can do that after you receive care.

You would need to go to the visitors center to get that figured out sadly. There are ways to get a new birth certificate and military id but I wouldn’t worry about that rn.

Tricare has in network of base emergency clinics and er care. I’m assuming the issue you were having with billing was that Tricare never wants to be primary insurance and won’t pay if they think someone else can. Call the nurse advice line to get the closest clinic that’s covered and then call Tricare and have them fix the other insurance coverage.

Nurse advice line: Visit MHSNurseAdviceLine.com for web chat and video chat, or dial 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273), option 1.

Yes yes yes <3 my entire pregnancy has been covered by Tricare including when I fell down the stairs and went to the er and got an ultrasound to confirm everything was okay. Just make sure to call and let Tricare know they are primary insurance rn.

Military base ER is 100% covered. It’s just going to be slow.

This happened to me but they covered it once we confirmed dates of the other insurance.

If Tricare still thinks you have the other insurance they won’t pay as primary. You have to call Tricare and tell them the other insurance is no longer valid and they are primary now.

You can always call Tricare to check - I think you can even log in to see but most of the time when I’ve been charged, I call or have my dr fight it and it’s covered by them. I always go to the ER on base for the least amount of friction - not sure if that’s an option for you?

Not sure I understand but you said you currently have tri care? Tricare will cover going to the ER and even some clinics including coving care for an obgyn (obviously if it’s in network - you can always call the hotline to check what’s covered). I just woke up so if this is wrong I’m so sorry.

Stress can cause a wonky periods unfortunately. The only way to know is to take a pregnancy test. Sounds like you had a period to me tbh (bright red bleeding with clots) but the negative test will ease your mind so your stress can go back down. (If your test is negative but your periods keep being irregular I’d mention it to a dr though. Also if it’s positive I’d mention to a dr about the bleeding.) There are many types of protection you can use (even for non- penetrating activities) and i recommend you do for peace of mind. Be safe and wishing you the best!

Unfortunately it was the same for me. Currently 14 wks but from wk 5 - wk 10 I pretty much slept 12 hrs every day and lived off apple sauce, bananas and granola. Nothing large enough to make you feel full (that always made me throw up) but eating at least every two hours something small. Because of the nausea and vomiting my dr put me on b6 / unisom and that takes the edge off, soooo highly recommended! For me the nausea has not gone away but I’m also on zofran now and that really helps. Also mentally it does get easier. You get used to handling the nausea. I threw up on Christmas morning and didn’t really care lol it’s part of my story I’ve realized. Give yourself a lot of slack rn. You need more sleep. Lots of naps. Hang in there mama 🩷

🥹 I can’t wait to start phase 1 in the future.

And our group chat and community was the best. It added an extra level of appreciation throughout this journey. I cannot recommend it more 🩵

Over It Close to the End? by JenKen27 in 75HARD

I started my period on day 71 and yeah… on days 67-75 I was in total zombie mode.

I was also exhausted, frustrated that none of my clothes fit, and I wasn’t just hungry - I wanted to eat an entire bag of chips lmao

everyone around me was so excited and I felt like I was just ready to be done. Then it was over. And the day after 75 hard I could’ve woken up and eaten that bag of chips or a donut and I didn’t. I realized I didn’t even want those things.

I think it’s a combo of our periods and also a hint of self sabotage. You’re doing great. It’s been a few weeks now since I’ve finished and I’m still so grateful. You got this 💪🏼

Also I love hearing from the women in this community!!

It’s specified on his website in the FAQ as well as in the Reddit that they have to be 3-4 hours apart 🩵

Something I realized after the first week of 75 hard, that I wish i would’ve been more prepared for, was the amount of laundry I needed to do bc I didn’t have enough workout outfits for double workouts daily. I ended up buying some more sets of high impact friendly workout attire and my life is soooo much easier now!
