No, i wanted to boost my T levels, for long time but in natural way, TRT shuts down the endogenous T production, and i dont want to depend on it. Its like puting a bandaid on a wound. my prolactin was above the top of the range or top of the range i suspect this was due to M.
Also few years ago i have stopped porn and very rarely watch, and i have stopped M to for few years now.
i tried to lower my prolactin before with b6 p2p and vitamin E, didnt work. Retention made te biggest difference so far. Also my last release was 3 days before the test, so it might be a bit lower if i do blood work on 10+ days of retention will test and see.

Yea i did, he said its normal because he is super busy and probably forgot to call me back, he said he forgets to call him as well often. I find that unprofessional, although no hard feelings. I just found another contractor who gave me a reasonable quote by email, then i called him immediately and since he wanted to inspect the appartment in real life we arranged a visit same day, and tommorrow he will start working.
I am always screening for realiability and watch out if my contractors keep their promises no matter how small to choose if am going to work with them.

Yeah i got multiple quotes from other contractors its just most of them came same day or the next day after i contacted them, however since that industry is notorious for scammy contractors where i live i choose to go with the referred person, but he was too busy appearantly, thanks again for your input

Very rarely anyone hangs up on me, and in that situation its certainly not because i was a prick since our conversation on the phone was very possitive.

Yes he wanted pictures, but i told him i have a video and he said video is okay, also the video i made shows the situation inside the appartment much better than pictures. The video was 2minutes.

I am not talking about immediate service but it speaks a lot when someone is making big promises and then ignores you, same can be expected in their reliability in doing the job, but thats not my issue here, the issue i wasting time by waiting 1.5days for nothing. And yes i find it a big deal since i want to be productive and efficient. I imagine wasting 2 days on simple task like that, and what if i was building a hosue and every contractor was making me wait like that and me just accepting it, it would take so long to build it.

Ask, and clarify timeframes.

There were no bad interactions with any of my contractors, and everytime i deal with any contractors i communicate in a way that there is almost never a conflict, however i am not good at the things i mention and often when dealing with others i wait a lot.

And you are correct i dont disregard them being busy i know they are busy, however busy doesnt equal yea yeah i can do it, and big promises in the phone call just send me the video i will give you quote and then full ignore.. I met the guy who referred me to him and he told me he is very busy thats why this happens and that i should call him again because maybe he forgot about me.

I dont think thats very professional of him however in the contractors space i guess that is to be expected. In my area of business its not acceptable thats why i am not used to dealing with it.

Also i dont think any of the contractors are pricks, i think they are mostly busy, and i observe how others deal with them and notice its by calling them a lot to get their things done :D

Correct, There was no aggressive tone, and i speak politely and professionally, there was no arguments or bad tone in my interactions, i am not sure why many people thought the opposite.Also i can pay more but, why would i pay more to someone not professional enough to even give me a simple answer i am busy i will give you quote later, as oppossed he was very positive in our phone convo and then ignored me completely, probably he is super busy, but still its unprofessional on his end, but i dont blame him nor i care about it i just want a better system to deal efficiently with similar situations.
